Workers are your own AI slaves. You buy them for a reasonable $5000, at the entrance to the vehicle factory, south of Bagango. The Worker serves two main purposes.
1. Work Send them to a workplace to gather money. Gather money by collecting payment from them.
2. Everything else Have them drive you around, bodyguard you, whatever you want them to do.
